2. Learn to know how to write a birthday cards and judge where the cards are from according to their signatures.

Pre- task preparation:                                                      

1. When is your birthday?       - My birthday is on...                         

2. What will you do on your birthday?(while showing pictures accordingly)        

- have a birthday cake                                                     

- have a birthday party                                                    

- make a wish                                                             

- have long-life noodles                                                                                                                             

While- task procedure:                                                     

1.Showing the picture of birthday cards and ask: "                            

Whats this? - a birthday card                                             

What do you usually say on your friends birthday? - Happy birthday!          

What is it? - a present                                                      

- showing the precious present of the teacher's and tell students the most precious one is not the most expensive one, but the most diligent one.                    

2.Alice has got a lot of presents and birthday cards from her family and        

relatives.                                                              

3.Look, write and make                                                  

     In pairs, decide who Alices birthday cards are from.                  

     Then ask some students to read the answers for us.                    

4.Listen and say                                                         

      Listen to the tape and catch the general meaning of the dialogue. read the text with the tape. Ask the students to try their best to imitate the text.             

5.Pair works: In pairs, talk about each other 's family members/ relatives.
